Welcome to FunSpot Waterpark! By purchasing a ticket and entering our park, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or cancellations are allowed under any circumstances.
We does not provide any shipping or delivery services.
Tickets are valid only on the date of purchase until 5:00 PM. Tickets cannot be transferred to another day or exchanged for any other services.
Weekday (Monday to Friday) tickets are priced at ₹400 per person.
Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) tickets are priced at ₹500 per person.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Each ticket admits one person. Children under the age of 3 enter for free.
Proof of age may be required for age-specific tickets or discounts.
FunSpot Waterpark operates from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Operational hours are subject to change due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by FunSpot Waterpark staff and displayed throughout the park.
Running, rough play, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.
Proper swimwear is required. Street clothes, denim, and clothing with zippers or buttons are not allowed on water rides.
FunSpot Waterpark is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Guests use the park facilities at their own risk. FunSpot Waterpark is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring within the park premises. However, we do have medical facilities inside the park.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park. A variety of food options are available for purchase within the park.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
The park remains open during most weather conditions. However, for the safety of our guests, certain rides and attractions may be closed temporarily during severe weather.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Pets are not allowed within the park premises, with the exception of service animals.
FunSpot Waterpark reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest from the park who does not comply with these terms and conditions or engages in illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior.
By entering FunSpot Waterpark, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes without compensation.
FunSpot Waterpark reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the guests to review these terms regularly.
